Kraków Technology Park has issued its third support decision this year under the Polish Investment Zone (PSI) program for Stryker Group, a global leader in medical technology. The total support for this company has now reached PLN 475 million.
The Third Decision to Support Stryker
The Stryker Group is on the best path to grow and Skawina will play a significant role in this growth. Stryker Poland Manufacturing will simultaneously support all eight divisions: cranio-maxillofacial surgery, trauma and extremities, vascular surgery, joint implants, medical devices, tools, spine, and endoscopy. i In practice, this means we will create additional production capacity for our existing plants.
Jacek Krajcer, Director of Operations, Plant Manager of Stryker Poland Manufacturing
Our factory will fully comply with Industry 4.0 standards in terms of autonomous internal transport, a high degree of automation, robotics, and AI-supported electronic process control.
Added Jacek Krajcer
This is already the third decision to support Stryker this year, which assures us that the Polish Investment Zone program is needed and beneficial for companies in Małopolska. This investment is especially gratifying as the company creates new jobs and significantly contributes to the region's economic development. It is a pleasure to witness the growth of a company that substantially improves everyone’s lives by creating technologically advanced medical products. This is a company with a perfectly crystallized vision and mission for its development, and we are delighted to be a part of it.
Andrzej Kulig, President of the Management Board of Kraków Technology Park
