Extension of the plant, modernisation of the production line, and purchase of equipment – all these are possible thanks to support decision from the Polish Investment Zone. J.A. GĄSKA, Huzar, and Saint-Gobain HPM Polska are the three successive enterprises will now use these opportunities.
J.A. GĄSKA is a producer of spares for agricultural equipment. The company intends to invest PLN 16,030,000 to increase the production capacity of the existing plant. This includes the purchase of new production lines and software to support online sales. The plant has operated in Gostkowice (Jerzmanowice-Przeginia commune) since 1989.
The second decision has been delivered to a Nowy Sącz-based company. Huzar company operates in the food sector. It is an family business with Polish capital that has continued to pack highest-quality honeys for over 20 years. Its latest investment will increase the efficiency of the production line by installing new equipment including a honey deareator and a standardising mixer. The investment outlay for the plant amounts to PLN 6,870,000.
The last decision goes to Gorlice. Saint-Gobain HPM Polska, producer of i.a. glass fibre veils, mats, and fibre, while make an investment of PLN 38,250,000. The company provides a wide range of products to be used for acoustic insulation, cladding of external walls, insect meshes/nets, decorative wall coverings, wallboard finishings, and reinforcements. The production plant will launch a new production line for the production of glass veils coated with mineral-based paste, and increase the production capacity for other products.

In all the three cases, the tax relief will primarily help to modernise the production lines and use new technologies for industrial purposes.
The Kraków Technology Park (KPT) has issued 11 support decisions this year, the ensuing investment outlay already amounts to PLN 296,033,400, and 273 new jobs have opened.
