Indie Showcase registration for Digital Dragons 2020 is now open. During the virtual conference, sixty games will have an opportunity to show up on Steam and GOG.COM from 15th to 18th of September. All of the games on Steam with playable demos for the viewers. GOG.COM will select 15 games to be a part of a special collection.
May’s Indie Celebration got positive reviews, that's why the format will be continued in this year's independent game developer's competition. The showcase will be held on Steam and GOG.COM with streams in multiple languages. Digital Dragons together with Walkabout Games, Valve and GOG.COM want to exhibit the Best Indie Games to the widest possible audience. All qualified games on Steam will have a playable demo available to all and GOG.COM will select 15 games to be a part of their platform.

Apart from showcasing games on Steam and GOG.COM, we’re giving one Business Pass per qualified game, to enable networking possibilities for indie developers. “

To participate, games should be submitted via the form on the event’s website. Registration will be open till the 10th of August and a jury consisting of game dev specialists and journalists will pick games participating in the event picking up 60 games to be a part of the competition. All the competing games will be available during the virtual Digital Dragons event on Steam and GOG.COM from the 15th to 18th of September. On the last day a virtual award ceremony will be held – awarding best games with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, alongside a community vote award.

Digital Dragons is the leading game industry event in Central Europe. Each year it attracts specialists, professionals, developers to Kraków from all around the world. Last year Digital Dragons gathered 2000 participants from 650 companies coming from 48 countries. Over 100 speakers contributed 83 lectures full of insightful knowledge and case studies grounded in the expert know-how. The prestigious ICE Kraków Congress Center hosted 132 exhibitors who presented their games during the Indie Showcase, Students Talent Show, and the CEE Showcase. Moreover, 1700 business meetings were conducted at the event. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Digital Dragons team decided to take the event online. The conference will be held from 15th to 18th of September 2020.
