Indie Showcase is an inseparable elements of the Digital Dragons international conference. This is where the most promising indie games from all over the world are presented. The competition has attracted 270 developers from 37 countries – the best result in the history of the event!
We again received plenty of applications from game developers from all over the world. The games belong to a broad variety of genres and are a perfect proof for the exceptional creativity of the game developers. Each year I am impressed by the plethora of unique concepts, new gameplay mechanics, and inspiring plots you find in the games submitted.

This year, a major surprise has come in the exceptional variety of the games selected. The unorthodox approach to the well-known concepts and themes has become the hallmark of the competition, which is one of the most exciting elements of the Digital Dragons Conference. The indie game developers have not failed the jury’s expectations this year.

I just love the early spring bringing the shiver of emotion around the Indie Showcase! That’s like a rollercoaster, and you never know what to expect. One thing is certain: loads of fun and hidden gems are awaiting discovery and appreciation.
Joanna Buganik, jury Indie Showcase
Whether you play on the spot here in Kraków, or at home, using Steam, this year’s Indie Showcase is a real bargain. We don’t know the winners yet, but you can quite likely put your finger on the productions that sooner or later will draw plenty of attention. The number of competition winners is greater than just that announced by the jury. And the greatest and luckiest winners are all who participate in the Digital Dragons.
