Nidec Motors & Actuators is the first Japanese company to have invested in Kraków special economic zone. Now it has received a support decision for another development, and declares outlay of at least PLN 165,210,000.
We are also glad to see that development as Marshal Tomasz Urynowicz and I had the opportunity to visit Nidec headquarters in Japan and meet representatives of Nidec in June during a mission organised by the Office of the Marshal of Małopolska
Wojciech Przybylski, CEO of the KPT explains.

The new investment by Nidec Motors and Actuators will significantly contribute to the economic development of our region
Tomasz Urynowicz, deputy marshal of the Małopolska Region added.
It is also worthwhile to note the exceedingly dynamic development of Nidec Group in the global market. Incorporated by its charismatic leader, Mr Shigenobu Nagamori, and his three colleagues, the company currently employs 130,000 people in dozens of countries. The presence of a company of such a global renown is a great benefit for Małopolska economy, not only thanks to the investments and new jobs. The impact on the promotion of Małopolska among Japanese companies is also very significant.
Krystyna Sadowska, director of the investor support department adds.
